Welcome to SpringboardHER 2025
To accelerate the UNDP’s commitment to gender-transformative impact. SpringboardHER, aims to provides mentorship and capacity-building to equip young women with the skills, resources, and networks needed to launch and scale their businesses while realizing their leadership potential. Through targeted support, SpringboardHER fosters gender-inclusive entrepreneurship and dismantles structural barriers to women’s economic participation.
SpringboardHER is designed to:

Foster Entrepreneurial Mindset & Skills: Equip young women with critical business skills and leadership training needed to navigate gendered entrepreneurship barriers and scale their business

Dismantle Gendered Power Dynamics: Address individual, inter-relational, and societal gender power imbalance that limit participation in entrepreneurship by fostering inclusive leadership, providing confidence building initiatives and identifying entry points for challenging discriminatory norms.

Build Networks & Support Systems: Establish peer-to-peer learning communities, connect participants with industry leaders from similar backgrounds and create a strong network of women entrepreneurs and role models

Drive Inclusive Economic Growth: Support women in developing scalable businesses that contribute to local economies, job creation, and challenge structural barriers to economic inclusion
